Millions of users in India were eligible for credit but afraid to use it. The existing flows were dense, jargon-heavy, and designed for people who already understood credit, not for first-time users anxious about money.
What I did
Redesigned the credit experience around transparency: clear utilization visualizations, plain-language repayment schedules, proactive limit notifications, and a "what happens if" simulator that let users explore consequences before committing.

The key insight
Users didn't need more features. They needed confidence. The biggest barrier to credit adoption wasn't functionality, it was fear. This meant designing trust-first flows where clarity came before capability.
